The purchase of his first home was not a traditional sale and it really peaked his interest. Jereme moved to Canal Fulton in the beginning of 2020 with his wife and fell in love with the area. Being born and raised in a big city, Jereme loves the small town environment while still being only 20 minutes from bigger cities. He finally felt at home in this new town. That is when Jereme realized that this is where he could grow as a person and make lifetime memories. When the pandemic began, Jereme found himself, like many other Americans, unemployed. Jereme was now spending a lot of time in his home and this inspired him to help others find a home that they love too. He decided to pursue his dream of becoming a real estate agent. This recent change of career has caused a lot of personal and professional growth and development. A Lifetime resident of Northeast Ohio, Moth as a difficult transaction, and required special financing, and evaluation of every system in the home. She put three years of effort into fixing up that home, and subsequently sold it, only to have the buyer, a couple with one child, and another on the way, split up. The sale fell through. She was able to get it under contract with another buyer quickly, since her work on the home made it move in ready. Brenda rolled the profit into another home in need of repair. Her experience learning about and repairing the systems in both homes, and a sale falling through, as well as going through the purchase process a second time, with offers on multiple homes in three years prompted her to get her Ohio Real Estate License. Brenda is equipped with the experience to help others through what can at times be a challenging process and emotional roller coaster to say the least.
